Christine McGlade has over 20 years of experience as a digital media producer, designer, and educator. She is a sessional lecturer at OCAD University in Toronto, where she teaches various topics, including user experience design, user research, data visualization, futures thinking, and the ethical issues that arise in digital design leadership roles. Christine is also the Senior Partner at Analytical Engine Interactive Inc., a design consultancy that mainly works with public sector, educational, and not-for-profit organizations on innovation projects driven by new technologies.

As an educator and facilitator, Christine has trained teams of various sizes, from 1 to 80, in person and remotely, to implement design and development strategies, product prototypes, service design blueprints, and content and communication strategies. She also has experience in facilitation methodologies like Blue Ocean Strategy, Liberating Structures, and Innovation Design, which she uses to help clients converge their goals and user needs in any project.
